                                 A BILL


 
 To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the list of diseases 
presumed to have a service connection to exposure to certain herbicide 
                                agents.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Fair Care for Vietnam Veterans 
Act''.

SEC. 2. ADDITIONAL DISEASES PRESUMED TO HAVE A SERVICE CONNECTION TO 
              EXPOSURE TO CERTAIN HERBICIDE AGENTS.

    Section 1116(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by 
adding at the end the following new subparagraphs:
            ``(I) Parkinsonism.
            ``(J) Bladder cancer.
            ``(K) Hypertension.
            ``(L) Hypothyroidism.''.
