  To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the penalty for 
                    rioting, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Tolerance for Rioters Act''.

SEC. 2. INCREASED PENALTY FOR RIOTING.

    Section 2101(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``five years'' and inserting ``ten years''.
