  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Judiciary Committee be discharged from further consideration and the 
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 43.

       A resolution (S. Res. 43) honoring the 150th anniversary of 
     the establishment of Lindsborg, Kansas.
