                        MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE

  At 11:29 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 758. An act to provide a safe harbor for financial 
     institutions that maintain a customer account or customer 
     transaction at the request of a Federal or State law 
     enforcement agency.
       H.R. 974. An act to amend the Federal Reserve Act to 
     require the Vice Chairman for Supervision of the Board of 
     Governors of the Federal Reserve System to provide a written 
     report, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 1122. An act to authorize the Secretary of Housing and 
     Urban Development to carry out a housing choice voucher 
     mobility demonstration to encourage families receiving such 
     voucher assistance to move to lower-poverty areas and expand 
     access to opportunity areas.
       H.R. 1414. An act to amend the duties of the Financial 
     Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to ensure FinCEN works 
     with Tribal law enforcement agencies, protects against all 
     forms of terrorism, and focuses on virtual currencies.

  At 2:15 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 1. An act to expand Americans' access to the ballot 
     box, reduce the influence of big money in politics, and 
     strengthen ethics rules for public servants, and for other 
     purposes.
