                        PETITIONS AND MEMORIALS

  The following petitions and memorials were laid before the Senate and 
were referred or ordered to lie on the table as indicated:

       POM-12. A resolution adopted by the Mayor and City 
     Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, urging the 
     United States Congress to enact legislation that would 
     eliminate the addition of a question regarding citizenship to 
     the decennial United States Census questionnaire; to the 
     Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       POM-13. A resolution adopted by the Republican Party of 
     Sarpy County, Nebraska memorializing its support for the 
     President of the United States' proposal to construct a 
     secure border wall, and urging the United States Congress to 
     immediately take action to fund the construction; to the 
     Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
       POM-14. A resolution adopted by the Mayor and City 
     Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, urging the 
     United States Congress to recognize and support states' 
     rights relative to the legalization of medical marijuana; to 
     the Committee on the Judiciary.
