                      70 YEARS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 5, S. Res. 123.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 123) supporting the North Atlantic 
     Treaty Organization and recognizing its 70 years of 
     accomplishments.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I know of no further debate on the 
measure.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
  Hearing none, the question is on agreeing to the resolution.
  The resolution (S. Res. 123) was agreed to.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
