       H.R. 2162. An act to require the Secretary of Housing and 
     Urban Development to discount FHA single-family mortgage 
     insurance premium payments for first-time homebuyers who 
     complete a financial literacy housing counseling program; to 
     the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
       H.R. 2409. An act to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 
     1934 to expand access to capital for rural-area small 
     businesses, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
       H.R. 2515. An act to amend the Securities and Exchange Act 
     of 1934 to amend the definition of whistleblower, to extend

     threshold limitation applicable to the definition of a
