                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 12:04 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 97. An act to amend the State Department Basic 
     Authorities Act of 1956 to authorize rewards for thwarting 
     wildlife trafficking linked to transnational organized crime, 
     and for other purposes.
       H.R. 277. An act to adjust collateral requirements under 
     the Small Business Act for disaster loans, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 526. An act to promote free and fair elections, 
     political freedoms, and human rights in Cambodia, and for 
     other purposes.
       H.R. 1649. An act to amend the Small Business Act to 
     require cyber certification for small business development 
     center counselors, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2037. An act to encourage accountability for the 
     murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi.
       H.R. 2142. An act to amend the Small Business Act to 
     require the Small Business and Agriculture Regulatory 
     Enforcement Ombudsman to create a centralized website for 
     compliance guides, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2331. An act to require an annual report on the 
     cybersecurity of the Small Business Administration, and for 
     other purposes.
       H.R. 2345. An act to amend the Small Business Act to 
     clarify the intention of Congress that the Administrator of 
     the Small Business Administration is subject to certain 
     requirements with respect to establishing size standards for 
     small business concerns, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2615. An act to support the people of Central America 
     and strengthen United States national security by addressing 
     the root causes of migration from El Salvador, Guatemala, and 
     Honduras.
       H.R. 2744. An act to authorize the Administrator of the 
     United States Agency for International Development to 
     prescribe the manner in which programs of the agency are 
     identified overseas, and for other purposes.
