         HONORING THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE AMERICAN LEGION

  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from further consideration and that the Senate 
now proceed to S. Res. 263.
