                        CAMPUS FIRE SAFETY MONTH

  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 295, submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 295) designating the month of 
     September 2019 as ``Campus Fire Safety Month''.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I know of no of further debate on the 
measure.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
  Hearing none, the question is, Shall the resolution pass?
  The resolution (S. Res. 295) was agreed to.
  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the preamble

be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
