       S. Res. 369. A resolution recognizing the contributions of 
     the Montagnard indigenous tribespeople of the Central 
     Highlands of Vietnam to the United States Armed Forces during 
     the Vietnam War, and condemning the ongoing violation of 
     human rights by the Government of the Socialist Republic of 
     Vietnam; to the Committee on Foreign Relations.

       S. Res. 370. A resolution designating October 2019 as 
     ``National Bullying Prevention Month'' and October 23, 2019, 
     as ``Unity Day''; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

             Mr. Young):
       S. Res. 371. A resolution reaffirming the support of the 
     United States for the people of the Republic of South Sudan 
     and calling on all parties to uphold their commitments to 
     peace and dialogue as outlined in the 2018 revitalized peace 
     agreement; to the Committee on Foreign Relations.

     designation of September 2019 as ``Sickle Cell Disease 
     Awareness Month'' in order to educate communities across the 
     United States about sickle cell disease and the need for 
     research, early detection methods, effective treatments, and 
     preventative care programs with respect to complications from 
     sickle cell disease and conditions related to sickle cell 
     disease; considered and agreed to.
