SFC SEAN COOLEY AND SPC CHRISTOPHER HORTON CONGRESSIONAL GOLD STAR
                     FAMILY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM ACT

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
suspending the rules and agreeing to the resolution (H. Res. 107)
establishing the Congressional Gold Star Family Fellowship Program for
the placement in offices of Members of the House of Representatives of
children, spouses, and siblings of members of the Armed Forces who are
hostile casualties or who have died from a training-related injury, as
amended.
The Clerk read the title of the resolution.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentlewoman from California (Ms. Lofgren) that the House suspend the
rules and agree to the resolution, as amended.
The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the
rules were suspended and the resolution, as amended, was agreed to.
The title of the resolution was amended so as to read: ``Resolution
establishing the Congressional Gold Star Family Fellowship Program for
the placement in offices of Members of the House of Representatives of
children, spouses, and siblings of members of the Armed Forces who die
in the line of duty or certain veterans who die from service-connected
disabilities.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
