       S. Res. 417. A resolution commemorating the 81st 
     anniversary of Kristallnacht, or the Night of Broken Glass; 
     to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
           By Mrs. BLACKBURN (for herself, Mr. Van Hollen, Mr. 
             Leahy, Mr. Kaine, Mr. Wyden, Ms. Duckworth, Mr. 
             Markey, Mr. Rubio, and Mr. Blumenthal):
       S. Res. 418. A resolution expressing the sense of the 
     Senate regarding the Government of Turkey's crackdown on 
     dissent related to its incursion into northeast Syria, and 
     broader human rights violations; to the Committee on Foreign 
     Relations.
           By Mr. TESTER (for himself and Mr. Isakson):
       S. Res. 419. A resolution permitting the collection of 
     clothing, toys, food, and housewares during the holiday 
     season for charitable purposes in Senate buildings;
