                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 3:02 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 4863. An act to promote the competitiveness of the 
     United States, to reform and reauthorize the United States 
     Export Finance Agency, and for other purposes.


                         Enrolled Bills Signed

  The President pro tempore (Mr. Grassley) announced that on today, 
November 18, 2019, he has signed the following enrolled bills, which 
were previously signed by the Speaker of the House:

       H.R. 724. An act to revise section 48 of title 18, United 
     States Code, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 1123. An act to amend title 28, United States Code, to 
     modify the composition of the eastern judicial district of 
     Arkansas, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 2423. An act to require the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to mint coins in commemoration of ratification of the 19th 
     Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, giving 
     women in the United States the right to vote.
