  At 10:02 a.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bill, in which it requests the concurrence of the 
Senate:

       H.R. 5084. An act to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 
     1934 to require the submission by issuers of data relating to 
     diversity and for other purposes.

  At 5:50 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the House has 
passed the following bills, without amendment:

       S. 862. An act to extend the sunset for the collateral 
     requirements for Small Business Administration disaster 
     loans.
       S. 1838. An act to amend the Hong Kong Policy Act of 1992, 
     and for other purposes.
       S. 2710. An act to prohibit the commercial export of 
     covered munitions items to the Hong Kong Police Force.
