                            PETITIONS, ETC.

  Under clause 3 of rule XII, petitions and papers were laid on the 
clerk's desk and referred as follows:

       69. The SPEAKER presented a petition of Mr. Gregory D. 
     Watson, a citizen of Austin, TX, relative to a resolution 
     requesting that Congress enact legislation which would 
     prohibit a potential employer from asking an employment 
     applicant to disclose in advance what salary that applicant 
     expects to receive if hired; which was referred to the 
     Committee on Education and Labor.
       70. Also, a petition of the City Council of Honolulu, HI, 
     relative to Resolution No. 19-209, urging the President of 
     the United States, the United States Congress, and the United 
     States Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department 
     of Homeland Security to retain the Filipino World War II 
     Veterans Parole Program; which was referred to the Committee 
     on the Judiciary.
       71. Also, a petition of the City Council of Honolulu, HI, 
     relative to Resolution No. 19-262, supporting the United 
     Nations treaty on the prohibition of nuclear weapons and 
     welcoming the Golden Rule Peace Boat to Hawaii; which was 
     referred jointly to the Committees on Foreign Affairs and 
     Armed Services.
