                    FURTHER MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

  A message from the Senate by Ms. Byrd, one of its clerks, announced 
that the Senate agrees to the House amendment to the Senate amendment 
to the bill (H.R. 1865) ``An Act to require the Secretary of the 
Treasury to mint a coin in commemoration of the opening of the National 
Law Enforcement Museum in the District of Columbia, and for other 
purposes.''.
  The message also announced that the Senate has passed a bill of the 
following title in which the concurrence of the House is requested:

       S. 1822. An Act to require the Federal Communications 
     Commission to issue rules relating to the collection of data 
     with respect to the availability of broadband services, and 
     for other purposes.

  The message also announced that the Senate agrees to the amendment of 
the House of Representatives to the bill (S. 151) ``An Act to deter 
criminal robocall violations and improve enforcement of section 227(b) 
of the Communications Act of 1934, and for other purposes.''.
