                    BILLS PRESENTED TO THE PRESIDENT

  Cheryl L. Johnson, Clerk of the House, reported that on December 19, 
2019, she presented to the President of the United States, for his 
approval, the following bills:

       H.R. 150. To modernize Federal grant reporting, and for 
     other purposes.
       H.R. 2333. To direct the Comptroller General of the United 
     States to conduct an assessment of the responsibilities, 
     workload, and vacancy rates of Department of Veterans Affairs 
     suicide prevention coordinators, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 4566. To accelerate the income tax benefits for 
     charitable cash contributions for the relief of the families 
     of victims of the mass shooting in Virginia Beach, Virginia, 
     on May 31, 2019.
       H.R. 1138. To reauthorize the West Valley demonstration 
     project, and for other purposes.

  Cheryl L. Johnson, Clerk of the House, further reported that on 
December 20, 2019, she presented to the President of the United States, 
for his approval, the following bills:

       H.R. 777. To reauthorize programs authorized under the 
     Debbie Smith Act of 2004.
       H.R. 3196. To designate the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope 
     as the ``Vera C. Rubin Observatory''.
       H.R. 1158. Making consolidated appropriations for the 
     fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 1865. Making further consolidated appropriations for 
     the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other 
     purposes.
