       H.R. 5912. A bill to amend title 49, United States Code, to 
     permit the use of incentive payments to expedite certain 
     federally financed airport development projects; to the 
     Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

             Mr. Conaway):
       H.R. 5913. A bill to designate the Rocksprings Station of 
     the U.S. Border Patrol located on West Main Street in 
     Rocksprings, Texas, as the ``Donna M. Doss Border Patrol 
     Station''; to the Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure.

       H.R. 5914. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to clarify that products derived from tar sands are 
     crude oil for purposes of the Federal excise tax on 
     petroleum, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Ways 
     and Means.

       H.R. 5915. A bill to amend the Personal Responsibility and 
     Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to repeal a 
     certain disqualification to receive benefits under title IV 
     of the Social Security Act and benefits under the Food and 
     Nutrition Act of 2008; and to amend the Food and Nutrition 
     Act of 2008 to provide that incarcerated individuals who are 
     scheduled to be released from an institution within 30 days 
     shall be considered to be a household for purposes of such 
     Act; to the Committee on Agriculture, and in addition to the 
     Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.

     products and services to publicly disclose point-of-sale cash

       H.R. 5919. A bill to amend title 40, United States Code, to

     charge in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade 
     Center, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Transportation and Infrastructure.

     a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in 
     each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within 
     the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

       H.J. Res. 85. A joint resolution relating to a national 
     emergency declared by the President on February 15, 2019; to 
     the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

       H. Res. 860. A resolution recognizing the rise of 
     cardiovascular disease as the world's leading cause of 
     preventable death and disability and as a global public 
     health crisis and supporting the recognition of February 2020 
     as ``American Heart Month''; to the

     Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a period to be
