     amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a tax on 
     nicotine used in vaping, etc; with an amendment (Rept. 116-

     state of the Union.
       Mr. NEAL: Committee on Ways and Means. H.R. 4716. A bill to 
     amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a safe 
     harbor for high deductible health plans without a deductible 
     for certain inhalers; with an amendment (Rept. 116-401).

     the Union.
       Mr. PALLONE: Committee on Energy and Commerce. H.R. 2339. A 
     bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with 
     respect to the sale and marketing of tobacco products, and 
     for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-402).

       Mrs. CAROLYN B. MALONEY of New York: Committee on Oversight 
     and Reform. H.R. 745. A bill to amend the Ethics in 
     Government Act of 1978 to provide for reform in the 
     operations of the Office of Government Ethics, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-403, Pt. 1). Referred
