                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate shall 
resume executive session to consider the following nomination, which 
the clerk will report.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination of Silvia 
Carreno-Coll, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for 
the District of Puerto Rico.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Carreno-Coll nomination?
