Securities and Exchange Commission and certain Federal agencies to

purposes.

  At the request of Mrs. Blackburn, the name of the Senator from 
Arkansas (Mr. Cotton) was added as a cosponsor of S. 3432, a bill to 
support the advanced manufacturing technologies program of the Food and 
Drug Administration, to establish National Centers of Excellence in 
Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and for other purposes.
