  At the request of Ms. Klobuchar, the names of the Senator from 
Delaware (Mr. Carper) and the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul) were 
added as cosponsors of S. 948, a bill to provide incentives to 
physicians to practice in rural and medically underserved communities, 
and for other purposes.


                                S. 3509

  At the request of Mr. Brown, the names of the Senator from Alabama 
(Mr. Jones), the Senator from New Jersey (Mr. Booker) and the Senator 
from Massachusetts (Ms. Warren) were added as cosponsors of S. 3509, a 
bill to provide borrowers the right to request forbearance on mortgage 
loan payments due to a declared disaster, and for other purposes.

(Mr. Coons) was added as a cosponsor of S. 3551, a bill to help small 
businesses access capital and create jobs by reauthorizing the 
successful State Small Business Credit Initiative.

bill to amend the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to provide 
additional protections for consumers and small business owners from
