18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in 
circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion 
decisions.

  At the request of Mr. Inhofe, the names of the Senator from Missouri 
(Mr. Hawley), the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley) and the Senator from 
Kansas (Mr. Moran) were added as cosponsors of S. 249, a bill to direct 
the Secretary of State to develop a strategy to regain observer status
