  FIRST RESPONDERS WHO SERVED SURVIVORS ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS DURING 
         NATIONAL SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS AND PREVENTION MONTH

  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary 
Committee be discharged from further consideration and that the Senate 
now proceed to S. Res. 555.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 555) recognizing and supporting the 
     advocates, counselors, volunteers, and first responders who 
     served survivors on an emergency basis during National Sexual 
     Assault Awareness and Prevention Month.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to the resolution.
  Mr. CORNYN. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table.
