  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate to 
proceed to executive session for the en bloc consideration of Executive 
Calendar Nos. 583 and 633 through 639 and all nominations on the 
Secretary's desk; that the nominations be confirmed; that the motions 
to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no 
intervening action or debate; and that the President be immediately 
notified of the Senate's action, all en bloc, and the Senate then 
resume legislative session.
