     Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to 
     allow the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management 
     Agency to provide capitalization grants to eligible entities 
     to establish revolving funds to provide assistance to reduce 
     disaster risks, and for other purposes; with an amendment

     Technology. H.R. 5760. A bill to provide for a comprehensive 
     interdisciplinary research, development, and demonstration 
     initiative to strengthen the capacity of the energy sector to 
     prepare for and withstand cyber and physical attacks, and for 
     other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-489, Pt. 1).
