     to amend title 18, United States Code, to clarify the 
     criminalization of female genital mutilation, and for other 
     purposes (Rept. 116-506). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 5546. A bill 
     to regulate monitoring of electronic communications between 
     an incarcerated person in a Bureau of Prisons facility and 
     that person's attorney or other legal representative, and for 
     other purposes (Rept. 116-507). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 2733. A bill 
     to direct the Attorney General to review, revise, and develop 
     law enforcement and justice protocols appropriate to address 
     missing and murdered Indians, and for other purposes; with an 
     amendment (Rept. 116-508, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee 
     of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 2438. A bill 
     to increase intergovernmental coordination to identify and 
     combat violent crime within Indian lands and of Indians; with 
     an amendment (Rept. 116-509, Pt. 1). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
