       H.R. 8314. A bill to provide with respect to recent 
     disasters an employee retention credit for employers affected 
     by such disasters and rules for disaster-related personal 
     casualty losses; to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in 
     addition to the Committee on Small Business, for a period to 
     be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

             of Florida, Ms. Sherrill, Mr. Trone, Ms. Houlahan, 
             Mr. O'Halleran, Mr. Carson of Indiana, and Ms.

       H.R. 8315. A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and 
     Human Services to establish a program to award a financial 
     prize to persons who successfully develop a system or device 
     that makes enclosed sections of a building safer during the 
     COVID-19 public health emergency, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

       H.R. 8316. A bill to direct the Secretary of Education to 
     provide relief to borrowers of student loans for whom the 
     Department of Education found misrepresentation by the 
     institution of higher education or a State attorney general 
     has asserted a right to borrower defense discharge; to the 
     Committee on Education and Labor.

       H.R. 8317. A bill to encourage employer participation in 
     the national apprenticeship system; to the Committee on 
     Education and Labor.

     Oversight and Reform.

       H. Con. Res. 118. Concurrent resolution directing the 
     Secretary of the Senate to make a correction in the 
     enrollment of the bill S. 2330; to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on House 
     Administration, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
     the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
     provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
     concerned.
