                            JOINT RESOLUTION


 
  Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, 
   United States Code, of the interim final rule of the Occupational 
Safety and Health Administration relating to ``COVID-19 Vaccination and 
                Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard''.

    Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the 
interim final rule submitted by the Occupational Safety and Health 
Administration relating to ``COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing; 
Emergency Temporary Standard'' (published at 86 Fed. Reg. 61402 
(November 5, 2021)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
