  following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on 
                            Foreign Affairs

                            JOINT RESOLUTION


 
    Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed direct 
commercial sale to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of certain weaponry and 
                               munitions.

    Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 
States of America in Congress assembled, That the issuance of a license 
for the export with respect to any of the following transfers to the 
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is prohibited:
            (1) The transfer of the following defense articles, 
        described in license document DDTC 20-11, submitted to Congress 
        pursuant to section 36(c) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 
        U.S.C. 2776(c)) on November 4, 2021: The proposed transfer of 
        two hundred eighty (280) AIM-120C-7/C-8 Advanced Medium Range 
        Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) and five hundred ninety-six (596) 
        LAU-128 Missile Rail Launchers (MRL); containers; weapon 
        support and support equipment; spare and repair parts; U.S. 
        Government and contractor engineering, technical and logistical 
        support services; and other related elements of logistical and 
        program support.
