A BILL
To modify the boundary of the Cane River Creole National Historical
Park in the State of Louisiana, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Cane River Creole National
Historical Park Boundary Modification Act''.
SEC. 2. CANE RIVER CREOLE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK BOUNDARY
MODIFICATION.
Section 303(b) of the Cane River Creole National Historical Park
and National Heritage Area Act (16 U.S.C. 410ccc-1(b)) is amended by
adding at the end the following:
``(5) The approximately 46.1 acres of land identified as
`Proposed Addition' as generally depicted on the map entitled
`Cane River Creole National Historical Park Proposed Addition -
Magnolia Unit', numbered 494/176,958, and dated October
2021.''.
