                                 A BILL


 
To prohibit the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from providing or paying 
          for surgical treatment related to gender transition.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION OF PROVISION OF OR PAYMENT FOR SURGICAL 
              TREATMENT RELATED TO GENDER TRANSITION BY THE SECRETARY 
              OF VETERANS AFFAIRS.

    The Secretary of Veterans Affairs may not provide or pay for 
surgical treatment related to gender transition.
