the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight
and Reform

A BILL
To prohibit the denial of any Federal benefit, to which an individual
is entitled by reason of service as a member of the Armed Forces,
solely on the basis of the refusal of such individual to receive a
vaccination against COVID-19.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Our Veterans Earned It Act''.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION OF DENIAL OF A FEDERAL BENEFIT, TO WHICH AN
INDIVIDUAL IS ENTITLED BY REASON OF SERVICE AS A MEMBER
OF THE ARMED FORCES, SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THE REFUSAL
OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO RECEIVE A VACCINATION AGAINST
COVID-19.
No individual may be denied a Federal benefit, to which such
individual is entitled by reason of service as a member of the Armed
Forces, solely on the basis of the refusal of such individual to
receive a vaccination against COVID-19.
