                                 A BILL


 
  To codify certain regulations issued by the United States Fish and 
Wildlife Service relating to critical habitat for the Northern Spotted 
                                  Owl.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Northern Spotted Owl Habitat 
Improvement Act of 2021''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF FINAL RULE.

    The revisions to the Code of Federal Regulations made pursuant to 
the final rule of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service of the 
Department of the Interior, titled ``Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
and Plants; Revised Designation of Critical Habitat for the Northern 
Spotted Owl'' and published in the Federal Register on January 15, 2021 
(86 Fed. Reg. 4820), shall have the force and effect of law.
