 To amend the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006 to 
extend the authorization of the Emergency Management Performance Grants 
                         Program through 2026.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``FEMA Emergency Management 
Performance Grants Program Reauthorization Act of 2021''.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANTS.

    Section 662(f) of the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act 
of 2006 (6 U.S.C. 762(f)) is amended by striking ``2018 through 2022'' 
and inserting ``2022 through 2026''.
