             Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

                                 A BILL


 
   To designate the building utilized as a United States courthouse 
  located at 111 South Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee, as the 
  ``James D. Todd United States Courthouse'', and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The building utilized as a United States courthouse located at 111 
South Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee, shall be known and 
designated as the ``James D. Todd United States Courthouse'' during the 
period in which the building is utilized as a United States courthouse.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    With respect to the period in which the building referred to in 
section 1 is utilized as a United States courthouse, any reference in a 
law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 
States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the 
``James D. Todd United States Courthouse''.
