A BILL
To provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of real property at
Beale Air Force Base in California to the Three Rivers Levee
Improvement Authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. LAND CONVEYANCE, BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, CALIFORNIA.
(a) Conveyance Required.--Not later than 60 days after the date on
which the Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority submits a written
request to the Secretary of the Air Force to proceed with the
conveyance described in this section, the Secretary shall convey to the
Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority all right, title, and interest
of the United States in and to the parcel of real property consisting
of approximately 0.218 acres at Beale Air Force Base in California and
identified as ``Impacted Area'' on the map entitled ``T.R.L.I.A. 200-
year Goldfields Levee Project, Proposed Easement Acquisition from Beale
A.F.B.'' and dated May 1, 2020, for the purpose of permitting the Three
Rivers Levee Improvement Authority to use the property for the flood
damage reduction project, Yuba River Basin, California, authorized by
section 101(a)(10) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999
(Public Law 106-53; 113 Stat. 275), as modified by section 1305 of the
America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 (Public Law 115-270).
(b) Form of Conveyance and Consideration.--The Secretary of the Air
Force shall convey the real property described in subsection (a) by
quitclaim deed and without consideration.
(c) Map.--
(1) Corrections.--The Secretary of the Air Force may make
clerical and typographical corrections to the map referred to
in subsection (a). Such map and any revised map prepared under
the authority of this paragraph shall have the same force and
effect as if included as part of this Act.
(2) Public availability.--The map referred to in subsection
(a) and any revised map prepared under the authority of
paragraph (1) shall be available for public inspection on a
website of the Department of the Air Force.
(d) Survey.--The exact acreage and legal description of the real
property to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by a
survey satisfactory to the Secretary of the Air Force. The cost of the
survey shall be borne by the Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority.
(e) Additional Terms And Conditions.--The conveyance under
subsection (a) shall be subject to any other terms and conditions that
the Secretary of the Air Force considers appropriate to protect the
interests of the United States.
