 To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to increase 
                the reimbursement rate of school meals.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Level Up Nutrition for CHildren in 
Every School Act of 2022'' or the ``LUNCHES Act of 2022''.

SEC. 2. INCREASING THE REIMBURSEMENT RATE OF SCHOOL MEALS.

    Section 4(b)(2) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act 
(42 U.S.C. 1753(b)(2)) is amended by striking ``10.5 cents'' and 
inserting ``59.5 cents''.
