                                 A BILL


 
   To amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require certain 
Tennessee Valley Authority employees to include their annual salary in 
         annual disclosure reports, and for the other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ANNUAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT.

    Section 102(a) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. 
App. 102(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
            ``(9) In the case of an individual occupying a position 
        described under section 101(f) within the Tennessee Valley 
        Authority, the total compensation (including annual rate of 
        basic pay, bonuses, allowances, differentials, and benefits) 
        for such position.''.
                                 <all>
