   To amend title V of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize 
  certain mental health programs for children, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Continuing Systems of Care for 
Children Act''.

SEC. 2. COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR CHILDREN 
              WITH SERIOUS EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCES.

    Section 565(f)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 
290ff-4(f)(4)) is amended by striking ``$119,026,000 for each of fiscal 
years 2018 through 2022'' and inserting ``$125,000,000 for each of 
fiscal years 2023 through 2027''.

SEC. 3. SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT AND EARLY INTERVENTION 
              SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS.

    Section 514 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb-7) is 
amended--
            (1) in subsection (a), by striking ``Indian tribes or 
        tribal organizations'' and inserting ``Indian Tribes or Tribal 
        organizations''; and
            (2) in subsection (f), by striking ``2018 through 2022'' 
        and inserting ``2023 through 2027''.
