 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
   at 33 Coxe Avenue, in Asheville, North Carolina, as the ``Dorothy 
                    Hansine Andersen Post Office''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DOROTHY HANSINE ANDERSEN POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 33 Coxe Avenue, in Asheville, North Carolina, shall be known 
and designated as the ``Dorothy Hansine Andersen Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Dorothy 
Hansine Andersen Post Office''.
