Mr. Perry introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on
the Judiciary, and Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL
To prohibit the obligation or expenditure of funds relating to the
Office for Environmental Justice and any other program, project, or
activity relating to climate change of the Department of Justice, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION RELATING TO OFFICE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE AND
ANY OTHER PROGRAM, PROJECT, OR ACTIVITY RELATING TO
CLIMATE CHANGE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
The Attorney General may not obligate or expend any funds--
(1) to operate the Office for Environmental Justice of the
Department of Justice;
(2) to establish or maintain a program to train individuals
relating to climate change; or
(3) for any program, project, or activity relating to
climate change.
