the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and
Commerce

A BILL
To require the President to submit a report on the actions Executive
agencies are taking to end the infant formula shortage.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPORT ON ACTIONS TO END INFANT FORMULA SHORTAGE.
(a) Definitions.--In this section:
(1) Executive agency.--The term ``Executive agency'' has
the meaning given the term in section 105 of title 5, United
States Code.
(2) Relevant congressional committees.--The term ``relevant
congressional committees'' means--
(A) the Committee on Finance, the Committee on
Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, the Committee on
Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, and the
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of
the Senate; and
(B) the Committee on Ways and Means, the Committee
on Energy and Commerce, and the Committee on
Agriculture of the House of Representatives.
(b) Report.--Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of
this Act, the President shall submit to the relevant congressional
committees a report on the actions Executive agencies are taking to end
the shortage of infant formula in the United States.
