 To authorize the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement 
to provide stipends to certain vetted foreign members of Transnational 
         Criminal Investigative Units, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``DHS Transnational Criminal 
Investigative Units Supplemental Pay Act''.

SEC. 2. STIPENDS FOR CERTAIN VETTED FOREIGN MEMBERS OF TRANSNATIONAL 
              CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE UNITS.

    (a) In General.--The Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs 
Enforcement is authorized to provide stipends to vetted foreign 
members, as determined by the Director, of Transnational Criminal 
Investigative Units for participation in such Units by such members.
    (b) Authorization of Appropriations.--There is authorized to be 
appropriated $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024 to carry 
out this section.
