                                 A BILL


 
           To reauthorize the Fallen Heroes Flag Act of 2016.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Fallen Heroes Flag Reauthorization 
Act of 2022''.

SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF FALLEN HEROES FLAG ACT OF 2016.

    Section 5 of the Fallen Heroes Flag Act of 2016 (2 U.S.C. 1881c) is 
amended by striking ``through 2022'' and inserting ``through 2027''.
