following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means,
and in addition to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a period
to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
committee concerned

A BILL
To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to increase funding for
quality measure endorsement, input, and selection under the Medicare
program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Promoting Health Care Quality Act of
2022''.
SEC. 2. FUNDING QUALITY MEASUREMENT PROGRAMS.
Section 1890 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395aaa) is
amended in subparagraph (d)(2), by striking ``$20,000,000 for fiscal
year 2023'' and inserting ``$26,000,000 for fiscal year 2023''.
