Mr. Mullin introduced the following bill; which was referred to the

A BILL
To require the return of amounts loaned under the Paycheck Protection
Program of the Small Business Administration used for illegal
activities, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. RETURN OF PPP AMOUNTS USED FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
The Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall ensure
that a person that received a covered loan under paragraph (36) or (37)
of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)) and used
any amount of such covered loan to conduct an illegal activity shall
return the entire amount of such covered loan to the Treasury.
