   Mr. Nehls (for himself, Mr. Van Drew, Mr. Rouzer, Mr. Mullin, Mr. 
Grothman, Mr. Babin, Mr. Carter of Georgia, Mr. Duncan, Mr. Gosar, Mr. 
 Cawthorn, Mr. Timmons, and Mr. Keller) introduced the following bill; 
  which was referred to the Committee on Education and Labor, and in 
  addition to the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Foreign Affairs, 
  Ways and Means, Oversight and Reform, and Financial Services, for a 
 period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
                          committee concerned

                                 A BILL


 
To rescind the Executive Order on Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, 
 Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Individuals, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Child Abuse Act''.

SEC. 2. RESCISSION.

    (a) In General.--The Executive order entitled ``Executive Order on 
Advancing Equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and 
Intersex Individuals'', signed on June 15, 2022, is rescinded and shall 
have no force or effect.
    (b) Effective Date.--This Act shall take effect as if enacted on 
June 15, 2022.
