 To provide the notices of determination of the Secretary of Homeland 
 Security and the Secretary of State entitled ``Exercise of Authority 
Under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act'' 
                     shall have no force or effect.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Stopping Taliban Operatives from 
Penetrating Act'' or the ``STOP Act''.

SEC. 2. EXERCISE OF AUTHORITY UNDER SECTION 212(D)(3)(B)(I) OF THE 
              IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT.

    The following notices of determination shall have no force or 
effect:
            (1) The notice of determination of the Secretary of 
        Homeland Security and the Secretary of State entitled 
        ``Exercise of Authority Under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the 
        Immigration and Nationality Act'' (87 Fed. Reg. 37523).
            (2) The notice of determination of the Secretary of 
        Homeland Security and the Secretary of State entitled 
        ``Exercise of Authority Under Section 212(d)(3)(B)(i) of the 
        Immigration and Nationality Act'' (87 Fed. Reg. 37524).
